Description
This is a good antique early Gustav Stickley large armchair from the early 1900’s Mission and Arts & Crafts in very good condition.
The piece is made of excellent, thick quarter sawn oak with an good original finish.
It has unusual form with wide horizontal back slats and shaped arms.
The arms feature pinned through tenons and are supported by pinned corbels.
The upholstery has been redone in leather and has no wear.
The chair is signed with an early red decal as pictured. This is a great bulky chair that is both collectible and usable.
