This is a good antique Michigan Chair Company spindled window seat from the early 1900s Mission and Arts & Crafts period in very good condition.
The piece is made of superb quarter sawn oak with an original finish.
It has great form with shaped spindles under scooped sides.
The apron is arched and there are decorative caps on the sides.
The piece is study and strong and is marked with a paper label as pictured.
The seat is a great size and could be used as a stand or tabouret as well.
