Description

This is a superb antique L&JG Stickley daybed from the early 1900’s Mission and Arts & Crafts era in excellent condition.

The piece is made of fantastic quarter sawn oak with an excellent original finish.

The bed has superb form with slats at the ends and a great beveled seat rail on both sides.

The posts are tapered at the top and are 3.5″ square.

The piece is very thick and bulky and is pinned all over.

There are through tenons at the sides and the cushions are covered in quality maroon vinyl.

The upholstery is in excellent condition but it can be recovered if you desire.

This is a highly decorative and collectible piece in unusually good condition.
