Limbert Rare Table F6473

Description

This is a superb rare antique Limbert table from the early 1900s Mission and Arts & Crafts period in very good condition.

The piece is made of excellent quarter sawn oak with a good original finish and a refinished top.

The table has rare form with unusual drawers on each short end and two long corbels on each leg post.

The drawers have original copper pulls with faceted screws.

It has a large lower shelf with two keyed through tenons on each side.

The top is splined in several places and the piece is signed with a brand.

The table has a very bulky and architectural look and is a rare and decorative collectible.
