This is a great antique rare Limbert settle from the early 1900’s Mission and Arts & Crafts period in very good condition.
The piece has an unusual form with two sizes of back slats and unusual small corbels.
It is made of excellent quarter sawn oak with an original finish.
The settle is double pinned on the top and bottom and has large, pinned, and through tenon arms.
The original spring seat is present with original leather.
The leather is in usable condition with some tears at the corners.
The damage can be restored and is in inconspicuous areas.
If you prefer, we can recover the cushion with new leather for a fee.
The settle is very large and bulky and is very desirable.
It is signed under one arm.
