Gustav Stickley Side Chairs FF551

Description

This is a good pair of Gustav Stickley side chairs from the early 1900’s Mission and Arts & Crafts period in very good condition.

The piece chairs are made of excellent quarter sawn oak and have original rush seats.

One seat is excellent and the other has some damage that may be able to be salvaged.

The chairs are model #1297 and have desirable form with dipped crest rails, wide front and back slats, and cloud lift seat rails.

Both are marked with an early red boxed decal as pictured.

One chair is a little darker than the other, but they work well together.
