Description

This is an unusual antique Arts & Crafts rocker from the early 1900’s Mission period in very good condition.

The piece is made of excellent quarter sawn oak with what looks like an original ebonized finish.

There is minor rubbing on the arms from normal use.

The piece has unusual form reminiscent of McHugh and Michigan Chair Co. and is likely by one of these makers though it is unsigned.

There is no damage and the piece is very thick and heavy and features heavily curved arms.

It rocks well and is sturdy and strong.
