Description
This is a rare and desirable Gustav Stickley bent arm Morris Chair in very good condition. It is marked with the red decal from the early 1900’s. It has the original finish, with through tenon construction on both arms, and pinned all around. The piece is sturdy and strong and ready to use in your home. It comes with the original spring seat that we went out for adjustment, so it is very comfortable. We recovered the original seat with top quality hand spun black leather with cotton and hair fill (no sponge) as well. The back of the chair is original, all the pins are original and the back is original. Lately, you see many Morris Chairs with replaced backs. We do not sell these types of pieces.
