This is a good antique
Indian rug in a Persian Kerman design from the turn of the century in
good condition. The rug is superb quality with an extremely fine weave
and excellent wool and dyes. The sides and ends are complete and
the original fringe is present. There is 100% wool, hand knotted pile
that is mostly even-low with some lower areas as you can see in the
pictures. The rug is highly decorative and of rare quality. The
background has a very attractive abrash effect.
