Description:
This is an exceptionally nice antique Mahajeran
rug from the turn of the century in rare, mint condition. The is in a
rare palace size and is very impressive. The pile is excellent
handknotted wool which is even and high all over the rug. There are no
lower spots. The sides and ends are complete and the weave is very fine.
The rug has a great design with a small central medallion and design all
over the field. It is highly decorative and is uncommonly great
condition. This is an excellent collector's item.

background with dark magenta border and brown, light blue, medium blue,
salmon, tan, teal.
