Description:
This is an antique Wilton Bird of Paradise Art Deco rug from the
early 1900's in excellent condition. The rug has 100% wool pile and has
its original fringe in very good condition that is slightly lower in one
corner. The
design is excellent Art Deco with great colors. The pictures were taken
with a flash which may cause some lighter/darker areas in the rug's
pile. These areas are not actually on the rug without the flash. The
pile is even-high with no low spots. This is a nice alternative to Anglo
Persian rugs.
Colors: Copper-rust
background with black border and light green, violet, ivory.
