Description:
This is a fantastic antique oversize Persian Serapi
Oriental rug from the late 1800's in excellent condition. The rug has a
very nice large central medallion design and has almost 100% of its
original pile. The colors are particularly good on this rug. One corner
needs some minor reweaving which we can take care of. The sides are
complete with no wear. The ends have a few minor rows missing. This is
one of the best Serapi rugs we have ever seen.
Colors:
Rust background with blue border and ivory, dark brown, light green,
gold, salmon, light blue.
