Description:
This is a nice antique Arts & Crafts large
armchair from the early 1900s Mission period in very good condition. The
piece is made of good quarter sawn oak with an original finish. The
chair has great, bulky form with a high back and wide arms. It is
extremely thick and heavy and has a slatted back and through tenons on
the arms. The original spring seat is present and the original
leatherette upholstery is in usable condition. We can recover the seat
in leather if you desire for a small fee. The chair is well made and has
great presence and functionality.
