Description:
This is a superb antique Gustav Stickley
sideboard or server from the early 1900s Mission and Arts & Crafts
periods in very good condition. The piece is made of fantastic quarter
sawn oak with an excellent original finish with great reddish color. The
piece has great form with an overhanging top, a wide lower shelf, and
the legs have a slight taper at the bottom. The original hand hammered
copper pulls are present and have original pyramid screws. The sides are
pinned and the piece is signed with an early red decal in one drawer.
The piece is model #819 and is extremely decorative and very usable.
