Description:
This is a good antique L&JG
Stickley armchair from the early 1900s Mission and Arts & Crafts period
in very good condition. The piece is made of excellent quarter sawn oak
with a good finish. It has excellent form featuring exposed through tenons on the arms,
corbels under the arms, pins all over, slats at the back, and an arched
seat rail. It has the original spring seat that has been recovered in vinyl (we
can recover in leather if you desire). It is signed with an early red
decal and is sturdy and strong.
