Description:
This is a rare antique Arts & Crafts double
barrister from the early 1900s Mission period in very good condition.
The piece is made of mahogany with original finish and excellent color.
There are original brass pulls with one missing on the drawer as
pictured. The sides are paneled and the base is footed and contains two
drawers. The barrister is signed with a Grand Rapids Michigan paper
label and is very well made. There is no vertical division between
sections (i.e. each of three sections extends the entire width of the
bookcase). There are couple minor ring stains on the top as pictured.
This is a rare piece and is highly decorative.
