Description:
This is a superb antique Gustav Stickley
rare stand from the early 1900s Mission and Arts & Crafts period in very
good condition. The piece is made of excellent quarter sawn oak with a
great original finish on the base and color added to the top. It is a
very attractive form with an arched apron and flared stretchers. The
stretchers also have keyed through tenons. The piece is sturdy and
strong and is a very decorative and collectible form. It is signed with
a large, early red decal from 1902.
