Description:
This is a superb antique Charles Stickley
even arm settle from the early 1900s Mission and Arts & Crafts period in
very good condition. The piece is made of excellent quarter sawn oak
with a superb original finish with great color. The settle is extremely
thick and bulky with 3.5" square posts and thick slats all around. It is
double pinned at the bottom and has a desirable bulky and massive
appearance. The seat is covered with high quality leather with cotton
fill. The settle is marked with a decal and is a very collectible and
usable form.
