Description:
This is a superb rare antique L&JG Stickley
chifforobe or cabinet from the early 1900's Mission and Arts & Crafts
period in very good codition. The piece is made of fantastic quarter
sawn oak with an excellent original finish. It is very thick and bulky
and has an attractive and versatile size. The top is splined in several
places and the top and bottom are pinned. There is excellent original
hammered copper hardware on the doors and the interior drawers. There
are four unusual blind drawers in the interior. This is an impressive
design we rarely see and it is sturdy and strong. It is signed with a
brand as pictured
