Description:
This is a rare antique Stickley Brothers bookcase from the early 1900's
Mission and Arts & Crafts period in excellent condition. The piece is
made of superb quarter sawn oak with a good original finish. It has rare
form and has early, bulky construction. There are 3 adjustable shelves
inside and a drawer at the bottom. The original brass hardware is
present. The sides and back have excellent paneling. The piece sits on
original casters and the top is splined in several places. It is signed
with a metal tag on the back and is highly decorative and collectible.
