Description:
This is a superb large antique Limbert arm chair
from the early 1900's in excellent condition. The piece has rare,
extremely bulky form and has its original finish with excellent color.
There is fantastic quarter sawn oak throughout. The spring seat and back
have been recovered with high quality, hand rubbed leather over cotton
fill. The arms on this piece are particularly desirable with
pinned through tenons at the front and a wide cut out shape. The arms
alone are 1.25" thick. This is extremely well made and a great
collectable Limbert piece signed with a brand under one arm.
