Description:
This is a superb early Gustav Stickley small
sideboard or server from the early 1900's in very good condition. The
piece has unusual form and is made of great quarter sawn oak. The
original finish has some of the best color we have seen. The 3
dovetailed and numbered drawers have original early hammered iron pulls.
The legs are pinned an have mortised through tenons on the front and
back. The legs have a nice taper near the bottom. The back is very nice
and is finished. It is signed with a large red decal in one drawer as
well as a remnant of the paper label on the back. This is a very
decorative piece.
