Description:
This is a superb antique hand carved oak china
cabinet or bookcase from the early 1900's in excellent condition. The
piece is extremely heavy and bulky. It has great hand carvings with lion
heads at the top and original huge paw feet at the bottom. It is all
original -- glass, shelves, hardware, and casters. It is made of great
quarter sawn oak with an original finish with an overcoat. The four
shelves are removable. The back is mirrored with original glass. There
is a very minor stress crack near one foot that is stable (pictured).
The back is in excellent condition.
