Description:
This is a good antique Gustav Stickley
v-back armchair from the early 1900's Mission and Arts & Crafts period
in excellent condition. The chair is made of mahogany and has its
original finish. It has excellent, desirable form with a v-shaped crest
rail, shaped arms, exposed through tenons on the arms with pins, and
pinned corbels. The seat has been recovered with high quality, hand
rubbed leather over cotton fill. The chair is signed with a red decal
and there are two pictures of this, one with flash and one without. It
is sturdy and strong and has no damage.
