Description:
This is an antique Arts &
Crafts wing back arm rocking chair from the early 1900's in good
condition. The rocker has good quarter sawn oak and an original finish
with a light overcoat. The finish needs some cleaning in areas as you
can see in the pictures. It is very large and bulky and has nice slatted
sides and corbelled arms. The cushions are high quality, hand rubbed
leather over down and feather for the greatest comfort. This looks like
a Stickley Brothers piece, but we have not yet found it in the
catalogues.
