This is a great set of 5
early Gustav Stickley side chairs from the early 1900's in very good
finish. The chairs have their original finish and are signed with the
Stickley brand. Some also have remnants of their paper labels. 4 have
been professionally recovered with high quality, hand rubbed leather
with cotton fill over the original canvas. 1 has its original leather in
good usable condition. If you choose, we can have the original leather
replaced to match the other 4 for a small fee. The chairs have great,
bulky construction like Gustav's early pieces. They are pinned all over
on the top, bottom, sides, and back. There is great quarter sawn oak
throughout and the original finish has excellent color. One chair has a
significant nick that you can clearly see in the pictures. This is an
excellent set of heavy, early signed chairs
