Description:
This is a great antique
L&JG Stickley arm chair from the early 1900's with slatted sides in very
good condition. The piece has great form with early wide arms with
corbels and through tenons. The piece is pinned on the top and bottom.
It has fantastic quarter sawn oak with an original finish with some wear
from normal use on the arms. The original spring seat has been recovered
with high quality, hand rubbed leather. This is a very attractive, bulky
early piece signed with a red decal. There is a minor stress crack on
one arm that is stable.
