Description:
This is a superb early Gustav Stickley desk from the early 1900's
Mission and Arts & Crafts period in very good condition. The piece is
from the early period in is marked with a large red decal. It is made of
excellent quarter sawn oak with a good original finish with great color.
There are 2 drawers with original copper pulls in the early style. There
is a large lower shelf underneath and the legs are tapered. The sides
and back are paneled and it is pinned on the top and bottom. The desk is
very thick and heavy and is highly decorative and usable.
