Description:
This is a superb early
Charles Stickley massive armchair from the early 1900's in very good
condition. The piece displays huge, bulky construction (the arms are
1.25" thick) with great quarter sawn oak. There is through tenon
construction on the arms, legs, and back. It is pinned all over. The
cushions have been professionally recovered with high quality, hand
rubbed leather with cotton fill over cotton webbing. The chair is signed
with the early paper Charles Stickley label. This is a very desirable
and rare piece.
