Description:
This is an unusual antique Arts & Crafts armchair from
the early 1900's with great form. The piece is very heavy and
bulky with unusual construction. The top has through tenon construction
and the back legs are slightly bowed. The seat has been professionally
recovered with high quality, hand-rubbed leather over cotton webbing
with new springs installed in the seat. There is some wear to the
original finish and there are a few nicks and scrapes.
