Description:
This is a nice large
antique Lifetime morris chair from the early 1900's in good condition.
The piece has its original finish with nice quarter sawn oak. It is
pinned all over and has through tenon construction on the arms in both
the front and back. The original spring seat has been professionally
recovered with good leather with all cotton fill. The back rest has a
couple old repairs and the adjustable support is not original. There is
a spot on one arm with some small gouges (see pictures). The piece is
signed with a paper label and the "Paine Furniture Co." (Lifetime) metal
tag.
