Description: This is a beautiful antique 3 piece mantel set from France in very good condition. The pieces are bronze over marble and date from the turn of the century. The centerpiece of the set is the clock which is fully functional and recently calibrated. All parts are present including the winding key and it chimes beautifully. The clock supports a wonderful statue by French artist Hippolyte Moreau. The inscription reads "Retour Devendance / Par Hip. Moreau (Sculptr)". The lamps are functional and all the pieces are very heavy.
